We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact and custom-inquiry forms on this site:

• Phone number
• The content of your message
• Project details you choose to share — child's age, room dimensions, project type
• An inspiration photo you optionally upload with your inquiry

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment data and do not maintain user accounts. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Why we process your data

We process your personal data to:

• respond to your inquiries and questions
• prepare an offer, sketch, or design for made-to-order furniture
• communicate with you during the project, including delivery and assembly

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, i.e. on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be accessible only to trusted service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you:

• Resend — the service used to send form messages to our email
• Our website hosting provider
• Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) — if you choose to contact us via those channels

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and deliver the project, plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time.
